Karim Vionnet Chiroubles Vin De Kav 2021

Vionnet is housed in the town of Villié Morgon in the heart of Beaujolais. It has Quincié vineyards Land and the municipalities of Lantignié in mid-hills from which it produces Beaujolais-Villages, Beaujolais primeur, the Chirouble and Moulin-à-Vent.  It grows grapes in compliance with the characteristics of the soil, without chemical treatment and tilling the soil. In the cellar he continues the work of its authenticity by leading winemaking as we taught him, that is to say according to a traditional method without use yeast, sugar, SO2 and filtration.
