This L'Encantada XO bottling is a cooperative project between PM Spirits and groundbreaking Armagnac caskhunters, L'Encantada. Based in Vic Fezensac, Southern France, L'Encantada curates Armagnac selections based on"authenticity, tradition, and know-how." The producers for their independent bottlings distill directly in the heart of their fields, with a mobile Alembic Armagnacais still. Their cellarmaster's selections are"barrel raw" – neither their color nor their alcohol content is modified. L'Encantada has quickly made a name for themselves in the spirits community, offering impressive vintages from previously unknown estates. This release is a blend of five vintage single casks bottled exclusively for the US by PM Spirits.
